माइक्रोसॉफ्ट एक्सेल शॉर्टकट : Microsoft Excel Shortcut Keys

1) Control + Key:

• CTRL + A : Select the entire worksheet

• CTRL + B: Apply or remove Bold

• CTRL + C: Copy the selected cell

• CTRL + D: Font Style

• CTRL + E: Center Align

• CTRL + F: Open Find dialog box

• CTRL + G: Display Go-to dialog box

• CTRL + H: Open Replace dialog box

• CTRL + I: Apply or remove Italic

• CTRL + J: Justified Text

• CTRL + K: Insert a hyperlink 

• CTRL + L: Left Align Text

• CTRL + M: Increase Indent

• CTRL + N: Create a new blank workbook 

• CTRL + O: Open existing excel file

• CTRL + P: Print the current workbook

• CTRL + Q: Remove Paragraph Formatting

• CTRL + R: Right Align Text

• CTRL + S: Save the active workbook

• CTRL + T: Create a Table on selected cells

• CTRL + U: Apply or remove Underline 

• CTRL + V: Paste the contents of the clipboard

• CTRL + W: Close the selected workbook

• CTRL + X: Cut the selected cell

• CTRL + Y: Redo the last action

• CTRL + Z: Undo the last action

• CTRL + Space: Select entire column

• CTRL + Tab: Move between two or more excel files

• CTRL + Page up & down: Move between excel worksheet in the same document.

2) Control + Function Key:

• CTRL + F1 : Show or Hide the ribbon

• CTRL + F2 : Switch to print preview

• CTRL + F3 : Open name manager

• CTRL + F4 : Close the current workbook

• CTRL + F5 : Restores the window size of the selected workbook window

• CTRL + F6: Switches between the worksheet, ribbon, task pane, and Zoom controls

• CTRL + F7 : Performs the move command on the workbook window when it is not maximized

• CTRL + F8 : Performs the size command when a workbook is not maximized

• CTRL + F9 : Minimizes a workbook window 

• CTRL + F10 : Maximize or restore the selected workbook window

• CTRL + F11 : Create a macro worksheet
